REFUND POLICY

Returns

NVME prides itself on quality and satisfaction from our customers and stands by our products and name, so we at NVME offer exchange or store credit  on full price items within 14 days. 

Once upon return items will be throughly inspected before action is taken. Items must be unworn with tags attached and its in original packaging.  No signs of odours, discolouration, spoils, marks, or items covered in animal/ human hair will be accepted.  

Unfortunately we do not offer a refund on sale items however we will gladly assist you with a store credit providing the goods are returned in original condition.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Any return will be at the buyers cost for postage. If you have any questions you can always contact us on info@nvmeactivewear.com

 Faulty Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately for faulty products with a photo attached so we can assess the issue and rectify . NVME will offer you a replacement, refund or store credit. No faulty products will be accepted after 7 days of receipt of goods. 

Refunds 

NVME will notify you once item has been received and inspected. We will also notify you of the approval or refusal of your refund or credit note.  If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card facility to process the refund back. If you haven't received a refund yet, please check with your bank or credit facility, as it may take some time before your refund has been processed .
